Janet from The Balanced Jungle is a passionate trilingual yoga teacher who is an adept at customising classes to suit different age groups (ranging from children, teens, adults, to senior citizens).
Her teaching style is fun, calming, and easy to follow. She aims at guiding her students become more conscious of the self-connection between their mind and body, by also learning to connect deeply with nature.
